Mazak 1080 Flexible Machining System. The Palletech system is a flexible manufacturing cell that can expand to include 8 machining centers, 100 pallets, and 4 loading stations. Aitkin Iron Works' system consists of 3 high performance horizontal machining centers with 20 pallets for your contract manufacturing needs. The Palletech systems allows us to produce the same part, back-to-back, without interruptions and to randomly select different parts for machining without jeopardizing the productivity of the other work-cells in the system.
